熱管是一種高性能的被動式導熱元件。由於相變理論和毛細作用,熱傳導效率比同一材料的純銅提高了數十萬倍以上。
What is heat pipe?
A heat pipe is a passive components, which has the high thermal conductivity.
Due to theory of phase transformations and capillary action, the thermal conductivity is improved by several orders of magnitude compared to pure copper of the same material.
熱管工作過程原理:在其內部填充有工作液的銅芯結構之後,將內部壓力拉至負值,然後將其密封。一邊是蒸發側(加熱側),另一邊是冷凝器。毛細芯之間的液體在加熱側開始工作時蒸發,然後水蒸氣被蒸發器向冷凝器方向的輕微壓力驅動,蒸汽冷凝成水作為熱量釋放,液體在毛細作用下沿銅芯向蒸發側流動。所以迴圈繼續,能達到熱量傳導效果。
What is working principle of heat pipe?
After the copper core structure is filled with working fluid inside, the internal pressure can be negative. Then sealed it. One side is the evaporation side (heating side) and the other side is the condenser. The liquid between the capillary wicks evaporates when the heating side starts working. water vapor is push by the slight pressure from the evaporator side towards the condenser.
Steam releases heat and condenses into water
The liquid flows along the copper core to the evaporation side under capillary action. Therefore, the cycle continues, achieving the effect of heat conduction.
